ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Order Processing And Cancellation

 

All orders are shipped from WANT Les Essentiels HQ located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00pm EST (Eastern Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Estimated delivery time is based on business days and does not include weekends or statutory holidays.

During high volume periods, such as Christmas Holidays, Seasonal Sales and Flash Sales, orders may take up to 2 business days to process before shipment. The estimated time for delivery on the cart & checkout page does not take into account these order processing days. Please add the additional 2 business days to best estimate your date of order delivery.

A WANT Les Essentiels customer care representative will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Please note: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

 

  • INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that an item purchased is out of stock, we will part–ship your order, and refund any unfulfilled item(s). In this situation, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.

Refunds are issued for unfulfilled orders and will be processed by our customer care within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.

 

  • PRICE ADJUSTMENTS 

WANT Les Essentiels will offer price adjustments on first markdowns only within seven (7) days of the original order date, and will adjust the price of an item, once.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items purchased on further markdown or included in a promotion/flash sale that are temporarily reduced in price. No additional price adjustments on current sale items will be made.

•   Please include your original order number with your request.

•   Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.

All shipping charges incurred by purchasing an item online are non-refundable.

 

  • PAYMENT METHODS

WANT Les Essentiels and Global-E (International order processing) accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal and Klarna. Other payment methods are available and vary per region (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc).

Payments made via PayPal must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.

WANT Les Essentiels also offers payment plans to Canadian clients. You can now choose Sezzle at checkout to pay for your favourite products in four installments. To learn more, please visit the Sezzle website

Please note that, International orders will appear as Global-E on bank statements.

 

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over CA$300, or CA$400, depending on the country. The shipping fee and threshold will be converted to local currency at checkout.

US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • GLOBAL-E INTERNATIONAL

WANT Les Essentiels has partnered with Global-E for shipping to the US and Rest of World. This allows us to offer more competitive shipping rates and the payment of stated fees at the time of checkout. Therefore, all US & international orders placed on WANT Les Essentiels' website will go through Global-E’s custom checkout. Please note that Global-E will act as the seller of record for these orders. In turn, your bank statement could reflect either Global-E and/or WANT Les Essentiels as the seller.   • DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped outside of Canada will be subject to customs duties/taxes.

Payment of duties at checkout guarantees that your parcel will arrive to you fully landed. If for any reason you receive an email from DHL or your local customs agency asking for additional payment, please reach out to concierge@wantlesessentiels.com for further assistance.

Once your order has been received duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 

  • GLOBAL-E INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Depending on country, Global-E charges a flat rate shipping charge on all orders under the threshold for free shipping (see above table) and will be shipped out via DHL Express. Free shipping applies to orders over CA$300 or CA$400, depending on the country.

 

  • GLOBAL-E INTERNATIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

All international purchases will be subjected to Global-E’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. This will be presented to you at checkout.

Orders placed from Russia MUST be shipped to a commercial address for pick up. Orders shipped to residential addresses will be returned to sender.

 

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box and dust bag in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Sale items discounted at 30% off or more are Final Sale and may not be returned. Final Sale also applies to Les Archives items, socks & intimates, candles, perfume, room sprays, earrings, and all skincare.
  • WANT Les Essentiels monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
  • If part or all of a qualifying purchase from a promotional offer is returned and results in the original order falling below the qualifying purchase threshold, the return amount will be reduced to reflect the terms of the promotional offer.
  • Items bought on sale (visibly marked down items) are subject to return fees.


Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.


Canadian Returns

WANT Les Essentiels offers FREE returns to all it's domestic customers located in Canada, at the exception of items bought on sale (visibly marked down items) which are subject to a return fee of $10.

How to Return:

Please follow these steps to ensure your return process is simple and correct:

  1. Click HERE to start your return.
  2. This will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be written clearly on the outside of your return package.
  3. Affix the pre-paid return label that was emailed to you to the outside of the package.

* Please note, that all returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have been returned without a valid RMA number.

US and International Returns


US clients will be charged a US$10 fee for all returns.

International customers will be charged a CA$20 flat fee for all returns coming from Europe and Mexico, and a CA$35 flat fee for all returns coming from the rest of the world.
