This allows us to offer more competitive shipping rates and the payment of stated fees at the time of checkout. Therefore, all US & international orders placed on WANT Les Essentiels' website will go through Global-E’s custom checkout. Please note that Global-E will act as the seller of record for these orders. In turn, your bank statement could reflect either Global-E and/or WANT Les Essentiels as the seller.
Orders shipped outside of Canada will be subject to customs duties/taxes.

Please note that if a customer refuses to accept a package upon delivery, return charges will be deducted from the refund amount. The deducted amount will be the actual shipping cost incurred for sending back the package, rather than the standard return fee noted below.

WANT Les Essentiels offers FREE returns to all it's domestic customers located in Canada, at the exception of items bought on sale (visibly marked down items) which are subject to a return fee of $10.

US clients will be charged a US$15 fee for all returns.
International customers will be charged a CA$25 / €20 / MEX$325 flat fee for all returns coming from Europe and Mexico, and a CA$35 flat fee for all returns coming from the rest of the world.

Please note, returns coming in from the US may take up to ten (10) business days to process. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
In addition to our standard 14 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season exchange policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders for full priced items placed from Thursday, December 5, 2024 can be exchanged until Tuesday, 7th of January, 2025.
This means that any full price order placed between December 5, 2024 - December 25, 2024 can be exchanged until Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Any orders placed beyond this will fall into the normal returns and exchanges window. This extended exchange window does not apply to final sale items.

To ensure you receive your order in time for the Holidays, we recommend you place your order by the 19th of December, 2024 to receive your order by
December 24th.
Orders from Canada placed before December 19th will be sent to Canada Post by December 20th — meeting the delivery deadline set by Canada Post, ensuring delivery before December 25th. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post.
International orders are operated through DHL. Deadlines and shipping dates are the same.
All orders received between December 23rd and 26th will begin shipping out as of the 27th of December.
