The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Those that are not needed for the Site to work (measurement and advertising) are used only with your consent, which you give or refuse through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time, and you can also block cookies in your browser; some parts of the Site may then not work properly.
Measurement and advertising tools on the Site: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Analytics, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, including through Simprosys), Pinterest, Microsoft Clarity, Klaviyo (email marketing), Judge.me (reviews), Gorgias (customer service) and Global-e (international orders). These companies may use the information collected under their own privacy policies. You can also manage how they show you ads in your Meta, Google and Pinterest ad settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only what they need:

Some of these providers store or process information outside Québec, in other Canadian provinces, the United States, the European Union or other countries. Before sharing information outside Québec, we assess whether it will be adequately protected, and we bind our providers by contract to protect it. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, transfers to Canada rely on the adequacy decision for Canada, and transfers to other countries rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, accounting and tax records are kept for at least six years). We then destroy or anonymize it.
We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted (SSL) connections and access limited to the people who need it. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the people concerned, and, where required, the competent authority.
You can ask to access your personal information, correct it, withdraw your consent, have it deleted or de-indexed, or receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can also ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to its use for direct marketing at any time. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or, if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, with the data protection authority of your country.

The Site is not intended for children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
